About Me
My interest in growing healthy vegetables grew as the need to eat healthy vegetables grew. My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer in the May of year 2018 and she had decided against going the traditional medical way. That summer, we sat together in her livingroom studying everything we could about eating her way to health.
She began green juicing and eating healthy and miraculously her lung cancer went into remission. My mom lived a normal life that a 77 years old woman was expected to live. She went shopping, walking, cooking and cleaning the house. She lived her life out with us.
The Saturday before Thanksgiving week of 2022, my mom passed away quietly in her sleep. The cause of her death was heart failure, not cancer. My mom lived out her best last years of her life because of organically grown food and I'm thankful for those years.
